In this policy ADEX describe how and for what purposes ADEX collects and uses personal data. ADEX respects the privacy of data subjects and will treat personal data in compliance with the applicable laws, in particular data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

ADEX may collect and handle personal data in relation to contact persons of its business partners (including customers) and visitors of its website(s).

4. WHOM... does ADEX share personal data with?

ADEX may make use of processors to support certain of our business functions for the purposes set out above. If and insofar as these third parties process personal data while doing this, they will do so on the basis of a processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR. ADEX will only supply personal data to surveillance, tax and investigative authorities if ADEX is obliged by law to do so.   • to restrict the processing of the personal data;
  • to object to the use of the personal data or;

4. MET WIE... deelt ADEX persoonsgegevens?

ADEX kan gebruikmaken van verwerkers ter ondersteuning van bepaalde bedrijfsfuncties, voor de doeleinden zoals hierboven uiteengezet. Indien en voor zover deze derden hierbij persoonsgegevens verwerken, doen zij dit op basis van een verwerkersovereenkomst in overeenstemming met de AVG. ADEX zal alleen persoonsgegevens verstrekken aan toezichthouders, de belastingdienst en opsporingsdiensten als ADEX hiertoe wettelijk verplicht is. Wij mogen alleen persoonsgegevens delen met derden die adverteren in en rond onze programma's en digitale uitbreidingen daarvan, sponsor zijn, prijzen aanbieden, etc., wanneer een betrokkene daarvoor ondubbelzinnig vooraf toestemming heeft verleend. 

ADEX voert haar bedrijfsactiviteiten wereldwijd uit via haar moedermaatschappijen en haar hoofdmoedermaatschappij Aalberts Industries N.V. in Nederland, gelieerde organisaties en andere aanverwante organisaties. De gegevens van Aalberts Industries' wereldwijde activiteiten zijn beschikbaar op de website www.aalberts.com. Door de globalisering van de activiteiten wordt de interne noodzaak om informatie te delen binnen de groep ook steeds groter om te kunnen voldoen aan operationele behoeften en wettelijke vereisten. Iedere betrokkene kan een verzoek indienen om:

  • de gegevens te corrigeren;
  • de persoonsgegevens die ADEX heeft opgeslagen te verwijderen;
  • de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens te beperken;
  • bezwaar te maken tegen het gebruik van de persoonsgegevens;
  • rechten met betrekking tot de overdraagbaarheid van gegevens (d.w.z. het overdragen van persoonsgegevens) uit te oefenen, in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke lokale wetgeving, waaronder de AVG.
