Adex has more than 40 years of experience in the development and production of high grade extrusion dies. We have developed unique Adex technologies which bring competitive advantages for our customers:
- Spreading technology enhances your press capabilities.
- Shrink ring technology increases the die stability.
- Stone technology improves the load distribution for flat dies.
- Beside these three technologies we have the Adex “specials”.
How we work
Before we start about the design and production of a die we need to take you one step back. Because the dies we produce are based on the blueprints from our clients. When we receive a blueprint from a client, we start drawing to see what the possibilities are. The following factors do we take into account:
- The press size you would prefer to use
- The billet size
- Size of the press opening
- The steel grade
- What die sizes are available
